If you have a question not covered here please feel free to contact us. We are here waiting to help you.

Appointments

As a courtesy to our patients, we will try to remind you of your booked appointment.  If you have given us your mobile number or email address you should receive two notifications.

The first will be sent 5 days before your appointment.  It will ask you to text back ‘YES’. This lets us know that you will attend your appointment.

The second reminder will be sent three days before your appointment.  Also included on this reminder will be a secure link to your medical history questionnaire. Tapping on the link will bring up your last completed medical history form.  You can check this and make any amendments that are necessary. Once completed, confirm the information and save.

We are aware that sometimes this is not possible to complete.  Do not worry as we can still complete the form at the practice.

Cancelling Appointments

On some occasions, it may be necessary for you to cancel your appointment.  Please give us as much notice as possible, with a minimum of 24 hours.  This enables us to offer your appointment to another patient.

If appointments are repeatedly failed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be asked to pay the full cost of any further appointments at the time of booking.  This payment will be non-refundable.

Unfortunately, persistent failures or short notices cancellations may result in removal from our patient list.

For long or complex treatments, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking.
